Before we start you will know what your matter costs, what is included and what is not. It is all set out in writing in the engagement letter.
First consultation
from €88
IGIC included. 45 minutes, at the office or by video call, paid when you book. You leave knowing your options, the deadlines that apply and what it would cost, whether or not you instruct us.
Engagement letter
Before any work starts: what we will do, what the price covers, what it does not, and what happens if there is an appeal. Signed by both sides.
No surprise invoices
Costs that are not our fees — court agent, expert, court fees, notary — are flagged beforehand and evidenced afterwards.
How the fee is worked out
Fixed quote
The usual approach for all other matters. The usual one. A single price for the whole matter, broken into stages, so you know the ceiling from day one.
Fee plus result
Only in accident and employment matters: a fixed part and a percentage of what is recovered, agreed in writing before we start.
By the hour
Only when a matter cannot be scoped. With a record of hours and a warning as we approach the limit we agreed.
